Technology Stand-by
This technology is suited to relatively undisturbed environments.
It operates on a "passive" basis, being on standby on utility power. The filter
attenuates disturbances, but does not eliminate them. The UPS only operate on
batteries, when utility power is lost.
On Line Technology
This is the most sophisticated technology. It guarantees constant quality whatever utility disturbances may occur. It is indispensable for protecting the company's vital equipment,
and provides permanent protection. The double conversion system eliminates electrical disturbances and constantly regenerates power. Batteries are only required in the event of a power failure.
Line Interactive Technology
Technology for semi-disturbed environment. Unlike the
off-line technology, voltage variations are corrected by a voltage control system,
but this correction is not a total screen.
Sinewave
UPS with sinewave output are compatible with all kinds
of devices
USB
port
The USB port is used to forward the necessary UPS information,
including backup time, battery status and alarms to a computer.
Compatible with Windows and Mac OS.
Slot
for cards
These cards or adapters are used to connect the UPS to
the network or the monitoring device. MGE provides a large range of communication
accessories such as SNMP, Modbus, USB, U-talk cards.
Remote reboot
Allows you to reboot your network equipment remotely
Hot
swap
Allows you to replace batteries or the complete UPS without
shutting down your applications. You don't even need to remove the UPS from
its enclosure
Serial
port
The Serial port is used to forward the necessary UPS information,
including backup time, battery status and alarms to a computer.
Compatible with Windows, Unix and Linux OSs.
Load shedding
Allows you to maximize battery runtime assigning maximum
backup time to the most critical applications.
Modular
Allows you to extend the power of your UPS (2N) or to acheive redundancy (N+1) by adding additional UPS
