What UPS solutions have you chosen to protect your site?
To protect our site we have purchased sixteen Galaxy units that deliver 400kVA each. For the time being, that's enough to protect our site correctly.

Why did you choose MGE UPS SYSTEMS for your power protection?
We can't afford a malfunction. Other CityReach sites are equipped with MGE UPSs and we haven't had any problems with your products. That's the main reason we chose MGE UPS SYSTEMS for this site.
   
Are you satisfied with your UPSs?
Yes, we are very satisfied with the MGE products because they stand up to our expectations in terms of power protection. On top of that, we can maintain the equipment ourselves, without bringing in MGE service technicians.

What kind of protection did you have before ?
The site built in Hungary is a new one and it is the first power protection equipment we have ever had.

What did you think about the training offered by MGE ?
We are all very satisfied. We have acquired very important information concerning the maintenance of our UPSs. We only had a small problem with the language. As a matter of fact, we all come from Hungary and we don't speak English very well. Only one of us speaks English and he had to translate all the explanations for us. That's why we wished we could have had a professional interpreter.

In your opinion, what is the future of IDC sites for City Reach?
We hope to increase this business in our area. We think this field will become much more attractive in the near future.
