SAUDI TELECOM 4 technicians from Saudi Telecom were recently in Grenoble for training on Galaxy UPSs, giving us the opportunity to meet them and ask a few questions.

	Where did you learn about MGE UPS SYSTEMS and our power-protection solutions? A reseller introduced us to your company at a meeting with our satellite operations department in Saudi Arabia. He gave us the MGE solutions catalogue and other information about MGE UPS SYSTEMS. As we were looking to change our old equipment, we were very interested in your solutions.
	What were your selection criteria? We have a large satellite station that is very sensitive to power problems. This station must remain up and running at all times. The old Emerson UPSs we had been using were having problems and it was time to look for a replacement. MGE UPS SYSTEMS had the solution that best fit our specifications.
	How did you decide which equipment you needed? We have four sensitive systems and we needed to replace the old 120 kVA Emerson units that protected them. A high-performance solution based on four 200 kVA Galaxy UPSs perfectly matched our needs.
	Are you completely satisfied with your decision? We haven't received our equipment yet, but we are confident that it will fully satisfy our power protection needs. In addition, we know we can count on MGE for technical support and spare parts for these units for 15 years. What do you think of MGE's training program? We are very pleased with the training we received and are now familiar with all aspects of the Galaxy equipment we will be using. Our satellite applications are very sensitive and we are now in a position to operate and maintain the equipment without any risk of interrupting service to our customers.
