MGE UPS SYSTEMS is proud to offer all of our customers access to our fully operational, state-of-the-art command center to answer all service inquiries. Our Customer Care Center (CCC) operates on a 7 x 24 basis and can answer any questions you may have regarding account status, contracts, and preventive maintenance visits.

At the heart of MGE's CCC are our specialized service coordinators trained to respond to any request or emergency that should arise. Each of our Customer Service Representatives are equipped to handle all service order processing, dispatching of Service Technicians to a customer site, customer inquiries and phone calls. They are also able to respond to technical issues using MGE's advanced technical escalation process ensuring that all of our customers receive the attention and service they deserve.

Located at MGE's headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA, the Customer Care Center offer a centralized location to service all of your needs. The advantages of a consolidated facility include:

Increased responsiveness on technical issues
Consolidation of customer information in key databases to better service your needs
Faster and easier processing of all service requests
All pertinent information in a centralized location should an emergency arise
