MGE offers an advanced remote diagnostic service that monitors the EPS 3000, Galaxy 3000, Comet, Galaxy PW, and EPS 6000 UPS units via a dedicated phone line.
Any power disturbance or irregularity is recognized and reported immediately, so a Field Engineer can be immediately dispatched if your critical load is at risk. Remote monitoring offers the following features:

Real-time notification of UPS anomalies and equipment status to the central station at MGE UPS Systems
24 hour per day monitoring of your UPS system transmitting critical UPS data back to the central station for analysis
Periodic customer reports generated to let you know the status of your UPS and any equipment anomalies
