Product Sale Service Agreements

MGE offers an industry standard 1 year factory warranty on our large system three phase products. This warranty includes all parts, labor, and associated travel for corrective maintenance on a 7/24/365 basis for one full year from the time of start up or 18 months from the time of shipment. An optional four hour response upgrade is available for our customers requiring a maximum level of support (not available in all areas).

MGE also offers Product Sale Service Agreements on our large system equipment effectively extending the warranty for up to 5 years (4 years beyond the initial warranty period).

Product Sale Service Agreements are available on a parts only or a parts and labor basis for all corrective maintenance.

For preventive maintenance, MGE offers full module PM visits supplemental to the Product Sales Service Agreements. During these Preventive Maintenance visits, MGE technicians will perform an electrical and mechanical inspection to ensure that the unit is operating per published specifications. The customer will then be provided with a complete inspection report.
