Description of the proposed services

ULTRA

Round-the-clock access to the technical support hotline.
Guaranteed 8 working hour response time in standard mode, from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, local time.
An annual preventative maintenance inspection, to be scheduled during normal local working hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm).
Technical upgrades according to safety requirements stipulated by the manufacturer.
Labour cost included.
Travelling time included within 200 km around the MGE UPS SYSTEMS service centre.
Spare parts included (excluding batteries).
Battery check.
  PREMIER

Round-the-clock access to the technical support hotline.
Guaranteed 8 working hour response time in standard mode, from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, local time.
An annual preventive maintenance inspection ,to be scheduled during normal local working hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm).
For an extra preventive maintenance
inspection or intervention on call:
> reduced rates for labour and travel expenses
> reduced rates for spare parts (excluding batteries).
One month warranty on repairs (excluding parts) following the date of service.
Batteries not included.
