MultiSlot adds new ports or slots to
expand the communication capabilities of your UPS.
Two MultiSlot modules can even be installed
in series to provide space for up to seven communications
cards.

Protocol
converter
Using MultiSlot, you can now convert Basic
(dry contacts) or U-Talk (Serial link) communication to ASCII (U-Talk
RS232), SNMP and JBus protocols.
MultiSlot uses the U-Talk/Basic acquisition card for these
functions.

Data concentrator for interconnected
UPSs
MultiSlot can supervise an installation
comprising two UPSs interconnected for redundancy or capacity.
It concentrates data from the connected units to provide an overall
view of the system. This function uses a MetaUPS acquisition card.
MultiSlot is available in rack (1U) for a perfect fit in a 19"
bay. Adhesive footpad are also supplied for conventional installation.
